INFORMATION REQUEST FORM REGARDING PERSONAL DATA IN ACCORDANCE WITH LAW NO 6698
- INFORMATION ABOUT THE APPLICATION
The rights of the data owner are stipulated in Article 11 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698. In the law, the data owner is deemed to be the “relevant person” and the right to make some requests regarding the processing of his/her data is foreseen. Under this article, the claim rights of the person concerned are as follows:
- Learning whether personal data is processed or not,
- If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,
- Learning the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used following the purpose,
- Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred at home or abroad,
- Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the law titled "Deletion, destruction or anonymization of personal data",
- Requesting notification to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred, that the incomplete or incorrectly processed data has been corrected or that the data has been deleted or destroyed upon the request of the person concerned,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- To request compensation of the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.
Applications must belong to the person concerned. An application cannot be made for a request for information regarding the personal data of another person. KAANB KONFEKSIYON MUMESSİLLİK TIC. LTD. - INFORMATION REGARDING THE RELATED PERSON REQUESTING INFORMATION
If the name, surname and application are written in the information request you have sent to us, the signature, T.C. Identity number, nationality for foreigners, passport number or identification number, if any, place of residence or workplace address for notification, e-mail address for notification, telephone and fax number, if any, and the subject of the request must be stated in full. If the said information is incomplete, your information requests shall not be met by Türkan. In case of inaccurate or incomplete information, Türkan does not accept any responsibility for not responding to the request. In addition, we request that information and documents related to the subject be attached to the application.
